This corner unit has an amazing view of the river. Not only do you have eight-foot glass sliding doors onto a balcony, this unit also has windows on its south corner, giving you a panorama of the Deschutes.
License to Thrill is Unit 300 of the Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums in downtown Bend, Oregon. You have a full kitchen to prepare your own meals. This is a great little place for a couple, or perhaps a girl's or boy's weekend. You have a queen Murphy bed that folds up into the wall during the day to give you more wiggle room.
The TV in this studio is powered by a Roku so you can stream hundreds of free channels. You can also log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOMAX and other streaming accounts. Basic cable is not available in this unit.
This studio also has a connecting door to Unit 301 "License to Grill" and both units are often rented together. In that case, we call the units "Creative Licenses." Just book both units, or call us and ask to reserve "Creative Licenses."
No. 300 License to Thrill has a full kitchen to prepare your own meals. The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums are right on the edge of downtown Bend and the Deschutes River and directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques.
It should be noted that this is a great place to stay in the age of social distancing. You have an entire kitchen to prepare your own meals, and check yourself into the unit with a keyless entry. There is no need to visit our on-site rental office. We email or text you your access code.
There is also an indoor heated pool and hot tub, so pack those swimsuits!
**Notice: This condo is currently being heated via portable radiator heat or the fireplace, and the AC is via portable AC. The central heating is currently down.**
