Welcome to Bend Riverside Unit 203, which we've nicknamed "Juniper Ascending"! The owners are in the process of making this fantastic unit wheelchair accessible, so some exciting updates are underway. Please note that the photos might vary slightly as these improvements take shape.
It features a brand new comfy queen bed, a glass sliding door that opens up onto a grassy patio where you can lay out on the lawn and take in the Deschutes River racing by. You're right on the edge of downtown Bend, in the heart of Central Oregon and juniper forests.
Just about every inch of Unit 203 has been updated. The owners put in hardwood floor, remodeled their kitchen and updated all the appliances. The full kitchen features a range oven, microwave, refrigerator and stove top. Cookware and dishes are included.
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
The bathroom features a walk-in shower that is tiled and luxurious.
We are right next to Pioneer Park and just a short walk to countless restaurants, pubs and boutiques. We also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub, so don't forget to bring your swimsuits!
This unit is also pet friendly! There will be an additional $50 +tax per animal, limit of 2 per unit.
