History
Our properties are all located at Bend’s Riverside Commons Condominiums. Built in 1973, our unique riverside property has gone by different names through the years. Travelers might remember a time when it was a “condotel” known as the Bend Riverside Inn and Suites. In its earliest days it was known as the Bend Riverside Motel.

Spotlessly Clean
This riverside condo was quite roomy with a very large walk-in closet and two bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean and a great location right on the river with nice walking trails and close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Great for a Working Vacation
We were looking for a nice comfortable space to have a workation, and this was a good spot. The location and the proximity to downtown was great. It was also nice to have a beautiful full kitchen. The Bend Riverside staff was very responsive.

Loved the Balcony and Location
The highlight for me was the patio overlooking the Deschutes! Sound of the falls was very relaxing. The location was great! Short walk to town and steps away from fantastic running/walking paths along the Deschutes. The Bend Riverside staff was quick to respond and check it was super easy. I would definitely stay there again!
